U-Haul Class Action Lawsuit

A class action lawsuit has been filed in the Circuit Court of Kanawha County, WV on behalf of all WV residents who leased motorized vehicles from U-Haul based upon the claim that U-Haul improperly charged customers "environmental fees".

Once we receive any rulings from the Court, we will keep you advised.
