Drug Litigation
 

Stephanie Green has been with the law firm since 1998, working as a paralegal to partner, James C. Peterson. Prior to joining the firm, she worked for four years as a paralegal for the law firm of Shinaberry, Meade & Venezia. Stephanie is a 1992 graduate of West Virginia University Institute of Technology with an Associate Degree in Legal Studies. Stephanie also graduated in 1998, with Honors, from the University of Charleston with an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies. Stephanie is also a Certified Paralegal. She received her CP certification from the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA)in 2005. Stephanie has been a member of the West Virginia Association of Paralegals, Inc. (AWVP) since 1997. Stephanie's main area of paralegal practice is in the areas of mass tort litigation. She was one of the lead paralegals that worked on the West Virginia Diet Drug Litigation, and is currently working on various mass tort litigations such as Vioxx, Baycol, Rezulin, Propulsid, and Oxycontin.

Stephanie has a son named Cody. She enjoys golfing, exercising, and gardening.
