Douglas Spencer has worked for Hill, Peterson, Carper, Bee and Deitzler, P.L.L.C. since 1995. He has been an associate attorney for the firm since 2003. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from The Capital University Law School located in Columbus, Ohio. Doug graduated cum laude from West Virginia State College with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He is a member of the West Virginia Association for Justice and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Doug is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia, as well as the Northern & Southern Federal District Courts of West Virginia. Doug's practice areas involve automobile accidents, tractor trailer accidents, railroad grade crossing accidents, products liability, inadequate security as well as slip and fall cases.

Doug is the youngest of seven children and a lifelong Charleston resident. He is a graduate of Capital High School in Charleston, West Virginia. He is also an avid Redskins fan. When Doug is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, and traveling to any WVU game.
