Darvocet/Darvon Recall Litigation

Effective immediately, the Law Firm of Hill, Peterson, Carper, Bee & Deitzler will no longer be representing individuals in litigation regarding the common prescription pain medications Darvocet, Darvon and other prescription drugs containing (Propoxyphene).

We urge you to contact other attorneys who may have a different opinion regarding your case and be willing to represent you. Please keep in mind that West Virginia has a two-year statute of limitations for personal injury claims. Other states may have a longer or shorter statute.
