New Class Action on Behalf of WV Fibernet Users

At approximately 5:30 a.m. on July 10, 2007, Fibernet experienced a network outage affecting its WV customers.

On July 12, 2007, a class action lawsuit was filed by Hill, Peterson, Carper, Bee & Deitzler, PLLC in the Circuit Court of Wood County on behalf of all West Virginia customers of Fibernet who lost service on July 10, 2007.

If certified as a class, all WV customers will be included in the lawsuit, unless they decide to file their own lawsuit.
