What is Hill, Peterson, Carper, Bee & Deitzler, PLLC, doing in Rezulin litigation at the present time?
We are a group of three firms in the state of West Virginia, who joined together for the common benefit of our injured Rezulin clients. Each firm has its own clients, and each client has an individual claim for harm done by Rezulin. The purpose of this joint prosecution alliance was to share the work and expenses of those aspects of litigation which were common to all Rezulin cases. This spread the cost of the litigation on the plaintiff's side over many cases, and by doing so, it reduced the expenses in each individual's case.

All of the cases that the alliance was responsible for in which injuries could be documented, including death, have been or are in the process of being settled and approved by the Circuit Court of Raleigh County.
