Based on her receipt of confidential information from an adverse party, and based upon plaintiffs' belief that Anderson's relationship with them was confidential, coupled with the disclosure of confidential and privileged information, the Court disqualified Dr. Elizabeth L. Anderson from serving as an expert witness for Dupont.
